Propy is an international real estate marketplace with a decentralized title registry aimed to enable remote buyers and sellers to complete real estate transactions globally with very little friction, paperwork, and waiting.

Vareger joined the project in 2016 to help Prory with their MVP. The challenge was to process fully automated real estate deals paid by cryptocurrency.

Being the real estate transaction management software, Propy aims to:

Help brokerages, agents and their clients to track the deals by automating and simplifying transactions
Secure and prevent fraud by uploading and storing all the transaction data on a distributed ledger with immutable logs.
Go paperless by managing and signing all the documents online.
